I have been honored to serve as judge of the 281st district court since 2008. During my time on the bench, I have served with diligence and a strong work ethic. I strive to follow the law and to rule consistent with justice and fairness. In 2016 and again in 2017, I was elected by my fellow civil judges to serve as the Administrative Judge of the Harris County Board of Civil Judges.  I am board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  In addition to leadership opportunities, I volunteer to plan and speak at educational programs for lawyers and judges. I enjoy my service to the citizens of Harris County.

Before coming to the bench, I had more than 20 years of trial experience and was a partner in the litigation section of Andrews Kurth. I was elected in 2010 to a four-year term and re-elected in 2014. I would appreciate your vote in November.

Thank you for your interest.
